These terms are here to keep things clear, fair, and easy ~ so you know exactly what to expect when booking an experience with Locals and Travellers.
Cancellation, Rescheduling & Postponement
A 50% deposit is required to secure your date. This deposit is non-refundable.
All tour and services will proceed as scheduled, rain or shine. However, adjustments or rescheduling may be offered if conditions become unsuitable.
In the event that Locals and Travellers needs to cancel or reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered the option to:
Reschedule the session at a mutually agreed-upon time, or receive a full refund for the affected service.
Failure to attend the scheduled tour or experience without prior notice will be considered a cancellation and is non-refundable.
Rescheduling requests provided by the client before a tour or experience date are considered on a case-by-case basis, subject to availability.
Booking Terms + Payment Information
For all tours and services, a 50% deposit is required to reserve your date, with the balance due before the tour or experience.
Payment can be made securely online via PayPal.
All prices are listed in Euros.
Privacy Policy
GDPR-compliant. Information such as your name, email, tour preferences, etc.) is used solely for communication and planning purposes and will never be shared, sold or distributed.
Photos taken during the experiences may be shared on our social media or website, but only with your verbal consent. If at any time you’d like a photo removed, just send me an email.
Waiver of Liability
By booking and participating in a tour or experience, you acknowledge and accept that:
You are responsible for your own safety and personal belongings during the experience.
Locals and Travellers and its collaborators are not liable for injuries, accidents or damages sustained during the activity.
Tours often involve walking on uneven surfaces, stairs and cobblestones, so please wear appropriate footwear and let me know in advance if mobility accommodations are needed.
Food & Tastings (where applicable)
Food and drink are sourced from independent local vendors. While I carefully select places I trust, Locals & Travellers is not responsible for food preparation or ingredients. Guests with allergies or dietary restrictions must inform me in advance so I can help guide choices where possible.
Photography Experiences
By booking, you acknowledge that you’ve reviewed the portfolio and are familiar with the overall style and approach.
Creative direction, including composition, lighting, editing and storytelling, is guided by professional judgment and the flow of the experience.
Requests for additional edits or changes beyond the agreed scope may be possible, but can incur additional fees.
Deliverables (images, edits) will be delivered in digital format unless otherwise agreed.
Raw (unedited) images are not included.

These calls are designed to share ideas, local perspective, and help you think through your time in Paris.
They are not a formal travel planning service or detailed itinerary build.
Any follow-up notes are a summary of what we discussed, rather than a full itinerary.
I don’t make reservations on your behalf, but I’m always happy to point you in the right direction.
Recommendations are based on local experience, though availability and opening hours can change.
